WHAT IS A MACARON?

Macarons are two meringue cookies, that sandwich either a jam, ganache or buttercream.

These little cookies are gluten-free, made with blanched almond flour, egg whites, sugar, and butter.

MACARON CARE

REFRIGERATED

In an airtight container, our macarons will keep for up to 7 days.

FROZEN

In an airtight container, our macarons will have an extended shelf life, of 5 months.

BEFORE SERVING

Remove macarons from refrigerator/freezer 20 minutes before serving. Macarons can be left out in room temperature for up to 3 days.

ALLERGENS

Please be advised that while our macarons are gluten free, the commercial facility we produce in is not currently a gluten free facility.

Macarons contain eggs, dairy, milk & tree nuts.

MAC SIZES

As all of our macarons are hand-piped, there will be some variances in sizes. However, rest assure, the taste and quality of our macarons will remain.

TRADITIONAL MACARONS

1.95’ - 2.3’ in diameter.

ICE CREAM MACARONS

(minis): 3’ - 3.5 & (regular): 3.8’ - 4.2’
